Reach Networks—USWeb: Represented Reach Networks in raising capital as well as advising on its merger into USWeb Corporation. Subsequently advised USWeb on its acquisition strategy.
Push Media Group, d/b/a/ Sudden Industries: Represented digital marketing services company in sale of majority of stock to India based Interactive Marketing Services firm US subsidiary.
Burke Inc.: Represented marketing research company in acquiring 50% ownership position held by Taylor Nelson Sofres, (“tns”)
